This PR adds Sentinel to the list of static analysis tools.
Sentinel is a statically compiled, zero-dependency Git pre-commit secret detector written in Go. It is designed to run locally in sub-20ms with a tiny ~11MB memory footprint, preventing credential leaks at the workstation stage.
