Can't verify due to disability #201080

A few things that have worked for others in a similar spot: Try applying with your school email instead of documents. If your institution issued you an @yourschool.edu (or similar) email address, use that during sign-up — GitHub can often verify automatically off the email domain and skips the camera/ID step entirely. If you don't have a school email, don't rely on the pay stub — it's not on their accepted list. Stick to things they explicitly recognize: student ID, class schedule, transcript, or an enrollment/verification letter, and make sure your full name, school name, and a current date are all visible in the same image. Hope one of these gets you unstuck — this is a recurring complaint in this forum, so hopefully it gets prioritized on their end too. |

Evidence and Image Capture
Hi everyone,
I'm unable to hold my school ID up to my webcam due to my disability. The system has not accepted the picture I took of just my ID, and an image of my pay stub is apparently not proof enough.
I'm not sure what I'm supposed to, especially since I can't directly contact support.
