My Account has been hacked

At approximately 20:00-20:01, I received GitHub security emails indicating unauthorized activity:

1. Password changed without my authorization.
2. New email address added:
   SorosSeth303@hotmail.com
3. Personal Access Token created:
   "lmpxiwgoej"

The token was granted extensive permissions including repository administration, workflows, packages, organization management, and SSH key management.

These actions were not performed by me.

I still have access to the original email address (radhesh185@gmail.com) that was associated with the account and can provide copies of the security notification emails as proof of ownership.
