Even though I've been on GitHub for some time, I haven't really introduced myself, so here it is. Hi there! |

I’m Daniel, a PhD student in economic sociology and a social scientist who has been working with AI since its public release in 2022. From the very beginning, I’ve observed its failures and conceptual shortcomings—particularly the absence of social science and philosophical perspectives in how these models are trained and fine-tuned. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to filling these gaps as much as possible, contributing domain expertise where it’s needed most and curating evaluations, datasets, and critiques that bring sociological insight into AI development. |

Hey everyone! I signed up for GitHub to use GitHub Copilot in VSCode. I'm a C++ developer and I'm really enjoying using GitHub as a place to practice and showcase my work. |

Hi everyone! 👋 I'm completely new to coding — my background is actually in nursing (I was an LD nurse). My partner, who's building spektrabot.co.uk, introduced me to GitHub and Linear, and that's what got me curious about this whole world. Right now I'm learning the basics: figuring out how to use a terminal and "vibe coding" with the help of Claude. I know I've only scratched the surface and there's a huge amount still to learn, but honestly I'm really enjoying the process so far. Looking forward to getting to know some of you and learning as I go! 😄 |
