GitHub Mobile app does not show ruleset review-bypass merge option

When a repository uses rulesets that require pull requests and reviews, with a bypass actor allowed to bypass only the review requirement, the GitHub web UI correctly shows a bypass/merge path. The GitHub Mobile app does not.

Expected:
The GitHub Mobile app should expose the same bypass merge action as desktop web or mobile web when the current user is allowed to bypass required reviews.

Actual:
The mobile app still shows the PR as blocked by required review and does not provide a bypass option. The same PR can be merged from desktop web/mobile web.

Setup:

• Repository uses rulesets.
• Pull request is required.
• Required checks are enabled.
• Required review is enabled.
• Current user is configured as a bypass actor for the review requirement.
• Direct pushes to main remain blocked.
